Ferrari California (closed top)

The Ferrari California (closed top) is the latest project on my table. This model is from Revell, in the scale 1:24, and has 115 parts.

Below you can see some box art and parts that are in the box. Everything is ready to go, on the table. To my surprise, there are a lot of paint colors in this model. But of course, you are free to give the model your own preferred colors. I think I will stick to the red color outside, and maybe a woody leather look color inside. Or maybe light beige. We will see.

My first original plan was to build a bigger model. Like in the scale 1:16 or 1:12. I don’t have any model right now in the scale 1:12, so it would be the 1:16 model. This is the Rolls Royce. This model was already on my table for several months, but for some reason, I could not get myself to start. As you can see in the previous post, I had put this model on hold.

With the Rolls Royce, I had the plan/idea, to record the build. Depending on how I feel about it, I will try to see if I can do this for this model. For sure, I will take a picture of the model during the build. We will see how things go.
